(Jordan Road #12, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten). Inquiries are handled by a licensed broker acting on behalf of the development.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, the following information is collected:

• Your full name and email address (required to respond to you)
• Your phone number and country of residence (optional, provided by you)
• The residence type you are interested in and any free-text message you include
• Technical data: the page you arrived from, referring campaign parameters (UTM), and the timestamp of your submission

If you interact with us by phone, WhatsApp, or email, the content of those conversations is also retained while your inquiry is active.

How we use it

The information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry about West Vue Residences, provide you with pricing, floor plans, documentation, and to arrange any follow-up conversations. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use aggregated, non-identifiable site analytics to understand which pages visitors engage with. This does not identify you personally.

Where it is stored

Inquiry submissions are stored in a secure private database maintained by the broker’s team. They are accessible only to the broker and authorised representatives of the development. Backups are retained for operational continuity.

How long we keep it
