The spaces

This condo is an ideal, vacation rental for 2. Chic yet cozy! In the living room area  there is a Jersey fabric couch facing the windows. In the dining area there is a dining table that, comfortably, seats 4 on the accompanying suede, bucket, chairs. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with luxury appliances by SMEG. The stove is an induction top and the oven built in. Smaller appliances such as the water kettle and Toaster are also high end by  BUYDEEM. The kitchen is also equipped with all the items needed to prepare intimate, home-cooked meals. and the blinds will ensure that you and your guests can rest quietly amidst the bustle of the city.

Off the living room area is the spacious bedroom with Queen sized bed. The bed faces the windows with views that sweep over near by Jordan Village all the way to Cupecoy Beach in the distant. The bedroom has smart features such as USB ports in the headboard and a SMART television that descends from the ceiling. The bathroom is en-suite with a glass enclosed walk in shower with a rain head shower system. The theme of simplicity and elegance is again on display in the pale wood paneling and stylish, white NKL bath fixtures.

Fourteen (14) at Mullet Bay

Fourteen is located in Cupecoy, facing the Mullet Bay Beach. The complex is within walking distance of the beautiful Mullet Bay Beach, and charming Jordan Village. Amenities such as supermarkets, beaches and restaurants are all in walking distance. The restaurants in the area offer options ranging from fast casual fare to gourmet restaurants like Mario’s Bistro which offers a French twist on Caribbean dishes and flavors.

Consisting of 2 Towers 14 at Mullet Bay sits on the 14th hole of the Mullet Bay Golf Course. These Luxurious high rise units offer views that span the golf, course, beach, lagoon, Cupecoy and beyond! Tower A was completed in late 2021 and Tower B is scheduled for completion in January 2023.  When completed 14 at Mullet will feature; 2 gyms, pool with bar and an onsite restaurant.
